{Some companies provide the workers with the required equipments such as computers and internet facilities|The required technical facilities are provided by some employers to the people who are willing to telecommute}. {The network between the employee and the employer can be achieved by a local area connection or by over the phone|A local area connection or telephone connection would be two options out of many to communicate with the work place while you work at home}. {A worker can also log into the company’s internal network through internet|Access to the internal network of the company can be achieved even when you are at home through the peer to peer network sharing}. {With so many ways to communicate a degradation of communication in a telecommunicating environment can be considered as only a myth|With so many options available a failure of communication with the implementation of telecommuting could rarely occur}.
{In a field like merchandizing or supply chain it is almost essential to communicate with international parties where the time difference could sometimes be a matter and hence it is most convenient for someone to do the communication from home where they can do a commitment towards work even in the night|In some professions it is required to work even at nights to match up with the time differences in different countries and telecommuting would give an obvious advantage to an employee in a situation like this since they are already having all the equipments and communication apparatus to deal with the overseas buyers or customers}. {Not only these but lot of other similar fields which do not require any supervision are more effective in a telecommuting environment|It is understood that telecommuting would be most effective in a field which would require little or no supervision}.
{Another aspect to be considered in people coming to work is their satisfaction|Work satisfaction which is the best motivator for someone to work would be degraded if the person is having a messed up family life}. {They might be getting a higher salary and their professional career could be booming with promotions but people could still be unsatisfied with their family life|Higher salaries or promotions might not be able to fix the problems they have in their family}. {This is where a company could show their social community responsibility by giving employees the freedom to build up their family while working|By letting the employees to work at home and spend more time with their children the company could show a more responsibility of the society}.

Then why not try and get your boss to accept telecommuting at least for one day in a week|Try to convince your conventional type boss about the benefits in telecommuting working environment and feel the advantages while experiencing your work as well as your personal life improving}.
